Ticket Information
Tickets are available for purchase online or on-site ticket booth located at the entrance, no reservation is required.
- Simply present your ticket on your mobile device to the attendant, no printing is necessary!
- We accept cash, cards, and mobile payment
How long is the ride? How many times does the wheel go around?
The ride time is approximately 12 – 15 minutes and doing 4 – 6 revolutions.
Can I ride alone or only with my group? Is there an age limit?
Our standard gondola can fit up to 8 guests. We NEVER group separate parties together, so you’ll always have a private ride with your party!
Is it air conditioned?
YES! All 42 of our gondolas are climate controlled!
How tall is Skyviews Miami?
The observation wheel reaches heights of approximately 200 feet high!
Are you ADA accessible?
ADA Accessibility: Our loading platform is accessible by an ADA lift. Our gondolas are wheelchair accessible. However, the manufacturer restrictions require that those in powered wheelchairs transfer to a non-powered wheelchair, which we do have available for use during your visit.
How long are the tickets valid? Can tickets be used more than once?
Tickets are valid for 1 year after the day of purchase.
- Online Tickets MUST be used by the end of the calendar year before they expire.
- All tickets are only good for one use.
How many people do I need for a group rate?
Group rates strictly start with a MINIMUM of 25 people and must be purchased online. For any questions or special requests please contact us.
Do you operate in the rain?
Yes, we operate in all sorts of precipitation. Skyviews may close due to severe weather, such as lightning within a 5-mile radius, strong hail, or consistent winds of 35 mph.
